400;\">\uff09\u60a3\u8005\u7279\u522b\u6709\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002\u4e2d\u98ce\u540e\u5b9a\u671f\u8fdb\u884c\u8eab\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u4e2d\u98ce\u590d\u53d1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5eb7\u590d\u5e76\u6539\u5584\u6574\u4f53\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5e78\u798f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e2d\u98ce\u60a3\u8005<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/ptj\/article\/96\/2\/193\/2686386?login=false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5927\u7ea6<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75%<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7684\u9192\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u90fd\u662f\u5750\u7740\u7684<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6bd4\u4f8b\u9ad8\u4e8e\u540c\u9f84\u4eba\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6b65\u884c\u662f\u4e2d\u98ce\u540e\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e4b\u4e00\u2014\u2014<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/7811170\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">95%<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u4e2d\u98ce\u540e11\u5468\u5185\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b65\u884c<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.physiotherapyjournal.com\/article\/S0031-9406(16)30021-9\/fulltext\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4e2d\u98ce\u540e\u6210\u529f\uff08\u91cd\u65b0\uff09\u5f15\u5165\u6b65\u884c\u7b49\u8eab\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5f80\u5f80\u4f1a\u5f97\u5230\u4f34\u4fa3\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u652f\u6301\u4f19\u4f34\u901a\u5e38\u4f3c\u4e4e\u76f4\u89c2\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u5e38\u8bc6\u6027\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd\u662f\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u3002\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b65\u884c\u4f19\u4f34<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:
