Mnoho <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/sonjalyubomirsky.com\/wp-content\/themes\/sonjalyubomirsky\/papers\/LDP2010.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vedcov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sk\u00famalo, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinne podpori\u0165 na\u0161e psychick\u00e9 fungovanie. Kr\u00e1tke hodnotiace (alebo afirma\u010dn\u00e9) intervencie m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 jedn\u00fdm z u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1strojov pri zlep\u0161ovan\u00ed pozit\u00edvnych v\u00fdsledkov pre \u013eud\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdskum ukazuje, \u017ee kr\u00e1tke \u00falohy na p\u00edsanie (napr\u00edklad <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/scottbarrykaufman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/davis2016.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zoznamy v\u010fa\u010dnosti alebo listy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) m\u00f4\u017eu zlep\u0161i\u0165 psychick\u00fa pohodu. Vo ve\u013ekej multilaborat\u00f3rnej \u0161t\u00fadii v\u00fdskumn\u00edci z 87 kraj\u00edn nazna\u010dili, \u017ee jednoduch\u00e9 prehodnocovacie intervencie (t. j. zmena toho, ako sa \u010dlovek c\u00edti v situ\u00e1cii alebo zameranie sa na pozit\u00edvne aspekty situ\u00e1cie) <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41562-021-01173-x\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">posilnili pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> po\u010das pand\u00e9mie COVID-19. Pos\u00fadenie udalosti, ktor\u00e1 je potenci\u00e1lne stresuj\u00faca, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 n\u00e1pomocn\u00e9 pri <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.apa.org\/doiLanding?doi=10.1037%2F0022-3514.65.2.248\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010derpan\u00ed v\u00fdhod<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> z nej. Po\u010das t\u00fdchto hodnotiacich \u00faloh jednotlivci prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa s argumentmi o pozit\u00edvnej str\u00e1nke situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zlep\u0161enie subjekt\u00edvnej pohody prostredn\u00edctvom potvrdzovania psychologick\u00fdch potrieb<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie na\u0161a skupina sk\u00famala, \u010di kr\u00e1tke, online intervencie m\u00f4\u017eu <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/full\/10.1177\/1948550620942708\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zlep\u0161i\u0165 subjekt\u00edvnu pohodu jednotlivcov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Zamerali sme sa na v\u00fdzvy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch psychologick\u00fdch potrieb (t. j. samostatnos\u0165, bl\u00edzkos\u0165, kompetentnos\u0165), ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu \u013eudia za\u017ei\u0165 po\u010das vypuknutia pand\u00e9mie COVID-19. Potreba auton\u00f3mie s\u00favis\u00ed s pocitom vo\u013eby a slobody, potreba kompetencie je spojen\u00e1 s pocitom, \u017ee \u010dlovek m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 svoje ciele a potreba bl\u00edzkosti je spojen\u00e1 s pocitom spojenia s druh\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi. Pod\u013ea te\u00f3rie sebaur\u010denia je uspokojenie t\u00fdchto z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch psychologick\u00fdch potrieb nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1207\/S15327965PLI1104_01\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fungovanie \u010dloveka<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Zistili sme, \u017ee \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed mali pocit, \u017ee s\u00fa splnen\u00e9 ich z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 psychologick\u00e9 potreby, vykazovali vy\u0161\u0161iu \u00farove\u0148 du\u0161evnej pohody.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/full\/10.1177\/1948550620942708\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e1slednej \u0161t\u00fadii<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sme po\u017eiadali \u013eud\u00ed, aby nap\u00edsali o situ\u00e1cii, ke\u010f napriek obmedzeniam zaveden\u00fdm do ich \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu, ktor\u00e9 boli sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 pand\u00e9miou, boli schopn\u00ed c\u00edti\u0165 pocit auton\u00f3mie, kompetencie a\/alebo bl\u00edzkosti. T\u00e1to kr\u00e1tka intervencia zv\u00fd\u0161ila du\u0161evn\u00fa pohodu prostredn\u00edctvom zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho pocitu bl\u00edzkosti a zn\u00ed\u017eil vn\u00edman\u00fd stres v porovnan\u00ed s kontrolnou skupinou. Kr\u00e1tke a jednoduch\u00e9 online \u00falohy, ako je t\u00e1to, preto m\u00f4\u017eu \u013eu\u010fom pom\u00f4c\u0165 c\u00edti\u0165 sa lep\u0161ie, ale zatia\u013e nie je zn\u00e1me, ako dlho m\u00f4\u017eu tieto pozit\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky trva\u0165.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Zvy\u0161ovanie zmysluplnosti pr\u00e1ce a pracovnej anga\u017eovanosti<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1037\/cou0000594\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">samostatnej l\u00ednii v\u00fdskumu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sa na\u0161a v\u00fdskumn\u00e1 skupina p\u00fdtala, \u010di by aplik\u00e1cia podobn\u00fdch kr\u00e1tkych online intervenci\u00ed mohla zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 pozit\u00edvne v\u00fdsledky v pracovn\u00fdch kontextoch. Zauj\u00edmala n\u00e1s najm\u00e4 pracovn\u00e1 anga\u017eovanos\u0165 a zmysluplnos\u0165 pr\u00e1ce. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmarschaufeli.nl\/publications\/Schaufeli\/178.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pracovn\u00e1 anga\u017eovanos\u0165<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sa \u010dasto popisuje ako pocit oddanosti, pohltenia a el\u00e1nu s\u00favisiaci s pr\u00e1cou. Vysok\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 anga\u017eovanos\u0165 m\u00e1 v\u00fdhody pre jednotlivcov aj pre organiz\u00e1cie (napr. lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon, vy\u0161\u0161ia spokojnos\u0165 s pr\u00e1cou a ni\u017e\u0161ie sympt\u00f3my depresie). Podobne je zmysluplnos\u0165 pr\u00e1ce spojen\u00e1 s r\u00f4znymi psychologick\u00fdmi v\u00fdhodami vr\u00e1tane t\u00fdch, ktor\u00e9 nespadaj\u00fa do pracovn\u00e9ho kontextu (napr. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/9781118977620.ch5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ni\u017e\u0161ia \u00fazkos\u0165<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/9781118977620.ch5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vy\u0161\u0161ia pohoda<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face \u0161t\u00fadie nazna\u010dili <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/10.1177\/1069072713514811\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nieko\u013eko zdrojov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> zmysluplnosti pr\u00e1ce (napr. sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu dobru, pom\u00e1ha\u0165 druh\u00fdm, osobn\u00fd rozvoj, zar\u00e1ba\u0165 peniaze). Predpokladali sme, \u017ee pramene mo\u017eno rozdeli\u0165 na zdroje zmysluplnosti pr\u00e1ce orientovan\u00e9 na seba a na zdroje zmysluplnosti pr\u00e1ce orientovan\u00e9 na in\u00fdch. Rozhodli sme sa otestova\u0165, \u010di by intervencia, ktor\u00e1 by zhodnocovala tieto na seba alebo na in\u00fdch orientovan\u00e9 zdroje v\u00fdznamu, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/doi.org\/10.1037\/cou0000594\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zv\u00fd\u0161ila zmysluplnos\u0165 pr\u00e1ce a pracovn\u00e9 zapojenie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Po prv\u00e9, zistili sme, \u017ee ke\u010f boli zamestnanci po\u017eiadan\u00ed, aby nap\u00edsali, pre\u010do pova\u017euj\u00fa svoju pr\u00e1cu za zmyslupln\u00fa, viedlo to k vy\u0161\u0161ej zmysluplnosti pr\u00e1ce a moment\u00e1lnej pracovnej anga\u017eovanosti v porovnan\u00ed s kontroln\u00fdm stavom (kde zamestnanci opisovali vybavenie, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri pr\u00e1ci). V \u010fal\u0161ej \u0161t\u00fadii sme po\u017eiadali zamestnancov, aby p\u00edsali o tom, \u017ee sl\u00fa\u017eia vy\u0161\u0161iemu dobru alebo napreduj\u00fa v profesion\u00e1lnej kari\u00e9re ako zdroje zmysluplnosti pr\u00e1ce v porovnan\u00ed s vybaven\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri pr\u00e1ci (kontroln\u00e1 skupina). Zistili sme, \u017ee p\u00edsanie o tom, ako pr\u00e1ca \u010dloveka prin\u00e1\u0161a v\u00fdhody ostatn\u00fdm, zvy\u0161uje zmysluplnos\u0165 pr\u00e1ce a n\u00e1sledne aj pracovn\u00e9 zapojenie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stru\u010dne povedan\u00e9, kr\u00e1tke hodnotiace intervencie s\u00fa s\u013eubn\u00fdm svojpomocn\u00fdm alebo in\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom spravovan\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom na zlep\u0161enie <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/full\/10.1177\/1948550620942708\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">psychickej pohody<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aspo\u0148 v kr\u00e1tkodobom horizonte. Ako \u013eudia sami uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa pr\u00edklady, intervencie s\u00fa dobre prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9 jednotlivcovi, a preto m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie.
