Mulai dari membantu seseorang meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, berhenti merokok atau mengikuti rencana pengobatan, teknik perubahan perilaku adalah sebuah alat yang bisa digunakan. Teknik perubahan perilaku yang umum biasanya mencakup penetapan <a href=\"https:\/\/practicalhealthpsychology.com\/2018\/08\/how-to-set-goals-that-work\/\">tujuan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/practicalhealthpsychology.com\/2020\/05\/stop-being-an-ostrich-the-benefits-of-helping-people-to-monitor-their-progress\/\">pemantauan diri<\/a>, memberikan informasi tentang perilaku dan mengelola emosi.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pada praktiknya, banyak profesional yang cenderung menggunakan berbagai teknik perubahan perilaku ini tanpa memberi nama atau label tertentu. Namun, agar dapat membantu klien atau pasien mengubah perilakunya secara efektif, teknik perubahan perilaku harus diterapkan secara sistematis dan rasional (lihat postingan sebelumnya di blog ini &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/practicalhealthpsychology.com\/2018\/08\/how-to-set-goals-that-work\/\">Cara Menetapkan Tujuan yang Berhasil<\/a>&#8220;). Lalu, muncul dua pertanyaan menantang bagi praktisi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bagaimana saya bisa mengetahui teknik perubahan perilaku apa saja yang bisa saya gunakan?<\/li>\n<li>Teknik perubahan perilaku mana yang paling sesuai untuk klien saya dan bagaimana saya dapat menerapkannya dalam praktik?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Artikel ini memberikan gambaran tentang beberapa alat gratis dan mudah diakses yang bisa membantu praktisi menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut dan merasa lebih percaya diri dalam memberikan intervensi perubahan perilaku saat melakukan praktik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bagian 1. Mengidentifikasi teknik perubahan perilaku yang tersedia: Sistem klasifikasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Karena banyak sekali teknik perubahan perilaku yang dapat dipilih, ilmuwan perilaku berusaha mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi terhadap teknik ini.<\/p>\n<p>Klasifikasi yang mungkin paling komprehensif dan banyak digunakan adalah <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23512568\/\">Taksonomi Teknik Perubahan Perilaku v1<\/a> yang dikembangkan oleh para peneliti dari Pusat Perubahan Perilaku. Taksonomi ini berisi 93 teknik unik, diidentifikasi dengan label, definisi, dan contoh praktis. Karena taksonomi ini telah digunakan secara luas, saat ini cukup mudah menemukan sintesis teknik yang paling sering digunakan dan paling efektif untuk berbagai perilaku kesehatan, konteks, dan populasi. Taksonomi ini sedang diterjemahkan ke bahasa lain untuk memfasilitasi penggunaannya oleh para profesional di seluruh dunia (misalnya, <a href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/8hdjk\/files\/osfstorage\/63ea8727eeb8ff03e22113e5\">versi Portugis<\/a>). Pusat Perubahan Perilaku memiliki basis data intervensi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bct-taxonomy.com\/\">online <\/a>menggunakan taksonomi tersebut,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bct-taxonomy.com\/\"> pelatihan daring<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/BCTsappGoogle\">aplikasi <em>smartphone<\/em><\/a>, dan sumber daya penting lainnya untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ada sistem klasifikasi lain yang dapat membantu praktisi tergantung pada tujuan intervensinya. Jika tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mendukung seseorang dalam memilih teknik mandiri yang tepat, misalnya dalam konteks manajemen diri dalam kondisi kronis, Anda dapat berkonsultasi dengan ringkasan 123 teknik yang dilengkapi dengan <a href=\"https:\/\/static-content.springer.com\/esm\/art%3A10.1038%2Fs41562-019-0798-9\/MediaObjects\/41562_2019_798_MOESM1_ESM.pdf\">perangkat <\/a>yang dapat menjelaskan teknik dan cara menggunakan teknik tersebut dalam bahasa awam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bagian 2. Menerapkan teknik perubahan perilaku dalam praktik: Kerangka Kompetensi dan Pelatihan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pertanyaan yang dapat muncul dari membaca bagian pertama blog ini adalah &#8220;Oke, sekarang saya tahu cara mengakses alat untuk mengidentifikasi teknik mana yang tersedia, tetapi bagaimana saya tahu mana yang harus digunakan dan bagaimana saya belajar cara menerapkannya?&#8221;. Mendukung perubahan perilaku dan menerapkan teknik perubahan perilaku membutuhkan keahlian, demikian juga pengetahuan dan praktik diperlukan untuk merekomendasikan dan menerapkan cara\/alat terapeutik lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Identifikasi kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk menggunakan berbagai perangkat teknik perubahan perilaku dapat ditemukan dalam kerangka kompetensi. Dalam konteks Eropa, kerangka kerja <a href=\"https:\/\/bmcmededuc.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12909-021-02720-w\">kompetensi interprofesional yang komprehensif<\/a> dikembangkan untuk bidang kesehatan dan profesional lainnya untuk mendukung perubahan perilaku dan pengelolaan penyakit kronis secara mandiri. Kerangka kerja ini memberikan serangkaian kompetensi inti yang diperlukan untuk dukungan perubahan perilaku dan mengidentifikasi teknik yang paling berguna untuk mengubah perilaku seperti diet, aktivitas fisik, dan kepatuhan pengobatan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai bagian dari inisiatif ini (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.train4health.eu\/\">proyek Train4Health EU<\/a>), maka sumber daya penting lainnya diciptakan, yaitu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nau.edu.pt\/en\/course\/behaviour-change-support-for-the-self-management-of-chronic-dise\/\">Kursus Terbuka Daring Besar-besaran (<em>Massive Online Open Course<\/em>) <\/a>untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi praktisi kesehatan dan profesional lainnya serta pelajar tentang cara memberikan dukungan terhadap perubahan perilaku (termasuk penggunaan teknik perubahan perilaku) untuk pengelolaan diri dari kondisi kronis;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.train4health.eu\/simulation\">Aplikasi web<\/a> menawarkan lingkungan yang aman untuk pelatihan dukungan perubahan perilaku, di mana pengguna memainkan peran praktisi kesehatan atau profesional lain dan berinteraksi dengan manusia virtual 2D, memainkan peran orang dengan penyakit kronis;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/book\/10.1007\/978-3-031-20010-6\">Buku dengan akses terbuka<\/a> termasuk contoh dan panduan penerapan teknik ini.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rekomendasi praktis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Luangkan waktu untuk mempelajari teknik perubahan perilaku<\/strong>: Menguasai penggunaan teknik perubahan perilaku, termasuk teknik mana yang harus digunakan dalam suatu situasi, dapat bermanfaat mempermudah dan meningkatkan keberhasilan dukungan perubahan perilaku bahkan dalam sesi yang singkat dengan klien. Cobalah sesuai dengan kecepatan dan ritme Anda sendiri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identifikasi peluang untuk mengikuti pelatihan menggunakan teknik perubahan perilaku<\/strong>: Sumber daya yang disediakan di sini dapat membantu Anda memulai, tetapi tidak berakhir di situ.
