Mi- <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.ie\/bru\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odjel za istra\u017eivanja<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pona\u0161anja na ekonomskom i dru\u0161tvenom istra\u017eiva\u010dkom institutu u Dublinu- sura\u0111ujemo sa irskim Odjelom za zdravlje kako bismo obavijestili o njihovim reakcijama na pandemiju COVID-19. Kao dio ovog rada, pregledali smo preko <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journal-bpa.org\/index.php\/jbpa\/article\/view\/147\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 znanstvenih radova<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i zapo\u010deli testirati na\u010dine o tome <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.ie\/publications\/motivating-social-distancing-during-the-covid-19-pandemic-an-online-experiment\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kako najbolje komunicirati<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s javno\u0161\u0107u, uz lekcije koje su relevantne za prakti\u010dare iz podru\u010dja zdravstvene psihologije. U na\u0161em se pregledu fokusiramo na literaturu relevantnu za tri podru\u010dja koja su \u010dinila temelj javnog zdravstva u vi\u0161e zemalja: higijena ruku, dodirivanje lica i izolacija. Tako\u0111er se bavimo \u0161irim literaturama koje obra\u0111uju tematiku o tome kako motivirati korisna pona\u0161anja i kako u\u010dinkovito komunicirati u krizi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Higijena ruku<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na\u010dini pobolj\u0161anja higijene ruku u zdravstvenim uvjetima su dobro istra\u017eeni. Postoje sna\u017eni dokazi o tome da <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/laninf\/article\/PIIS1473-3099(11)70283-3\/fulltext\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obrazovanje i svijest nisu dovoljni<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ali da jednostavne promjene okoli\u0161a mogu biti vrlo u\u010dinkovite. Skretanjem pozornosti na sredstva za dezinfekciju ruku na alkoholnoj bazi, primjerice njihovim postavljanjem na vidljiva mjesta i upotrebom znakova jarke boje, drasti\u010dno se <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/implementationscience.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/1748-5908-7-92\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pove\u0107ava njihova upotreba<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, puno vi\u0161e od <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/journals\/infection-control-and-hospital-epidemiology\/article\/effect-of-varying-the-number-and-location-of-alcoholbased-hand-rub-dispensers-on-usage-in-a-general-inpatient-medical-unit\/3BCD5C204A761C1539B43DCC9B74DAF0\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pove\u0107anja broja<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> raspr\u0161iva\u010da. Signaliziranje o njihovoj upotrebi kao o\u010dekivanoj normi mo\u017ee imati daljnje koristi. Direktna, ali pristojna pitanja,-primjerice pitanje: \u201eJeste li koristili sredstvo za dezinfekciju ruku?\u201c kako dolaze pacijenti ili posjetitelji- jednostavan je na\u010din komuniciranja tih normi. Va\u017eno je usvojiti i zadr\u017eati ove navike i nakon popu\u0161tanja restrikcija.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Dodirivanje lica\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za razliku od istra\u017eivanja, nismo prona\u0161li ispitivanja intervencija za smanjenje dodirivanja lica. Osvije\u0161tenost vjerojatno ne\u0107e biti u\u010dinkovita: \u010dine\u0107i ljude samosvjesnim o dodirivanju lica mo\u017ee <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/psycnet.apa.org\/doiLanding?doi=10.1037\/h0036059\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pove\u0107ati njihovu \u010destinu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dodirivanja lica. U nedostatku ustaljenih intervencija, prakti\u010dari se mogu pouzdati u op\u0107enitije modele promjene pona\u0161anja, poput <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/implementationscience.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/1748-5908-6-42\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kota\u010da za promjenu pona\u0161anja<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/implementationscience.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/1748-5908-6-42\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mapiranja intervencija<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ili <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bi.team\/publications\/east-four-simple-ways-to-apply-behavioural-insights\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EAST okvira<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mi i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bi.team\/blogs\/how-to-stop-touching-our-faces-in-the-wake-of-the-coronavirus\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">drugi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> smo preporu\u010dili ispitivanje na\u010dina kako da dodirivanje lica zamijenimo nekim alternativama (upotrebom rukava ili maramice) umjesto da ga obeshrabrimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Izolacija<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samoizolacija pojedinaca koji imaju simptome ili onih koji su bili u bliskom kontaktu sa zara\u017eenim osobama <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bfi.uchicago.edu\/working-paper\/2020-26\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">spasit \u0107e \u017eivote<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ali mo\u017ee imati negativne psiholo\u0161ke u\u010dinke. Socijalna izoliranost i usamljenost utje\u010du na dobrobit, a usporedivi su s poznatim <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/10.1177\/1745691614568352\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rizi\u010dnim \u010dimbenicima<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poput pu\u0161enja.<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lancet\/article\/PIIS0140-6736(20)30460-8\/fulltext\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pregled 24 studije<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o ljudima koji su bili u karanteni tijekom prethodnih epidemija zaraznih bolesti ukazao je na rizike nakon razdoblja izolacije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i pove\u0107ane slu\u010dajeve depresije do tri godine kasnije. Zdravstveni djelatnici mogu osobito biti u opasnosti jer se negativni psiholo\u0161ki u\u010dinci izolacije mogu nadovezati na njihovu zabrinutost zbog nemogu\u0107nosti\u00a0 pru\u017eanja podr\u0161ke kolegama ili njihovim pacijentima tijekom epidemije. Vlasti bi trebale omogu\u0107iti dodatne usluge mentalnog zdravlja kojima se mo\u017ee pristupiti na daljinu, osobito za ranjive skupine. Pru\u017eanje pomo\u0107i pojedincima da planiraju samoizolaciju moglo bi pomo\u0107i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/docs\/default-source\/coronaviruse\/mental-health-considerations.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i mnogim nacionalnim zdravstvenim slu\u017ebama, poput <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/oneyou\/every-mind-matters\/coronavirus-covid-19-staying-at-home-tips\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">britanskog NHS-a,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> da pru\u017eaju preporuke za rje\u0161avanje problema, koje uklju\u010duju odr\u017eavanje kontakta s drugima putem telefona ili interneta, vje\u017ebanje ako se osje\u0107ate dovoljno dobro jednako kao i odr\u017eavanje <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/pdfs\/journals\/lancet\/PIIS0140-6736(20)30547-X.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rutine.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Motiviranje korisnog pona\u0161anja<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posljedice ugovaranja COVID-a-19 nisu jednake za sve pojedince. Ljudi starije dobi i oni inherentnog stanja se suo\u010davaju sa puno ve\u0107im rizikom u odnosu na mlade i zdravije ljude. Ipak, dobrobit onih koji su u najve\u0107em riziku ne ovisi samo o njihovom vlastitom pona\u0161anju, ve\u0107 i o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.bmj.com\/bmj\/2020\/03\/04\/abraar-karan-control-covid19-outbreak-young-healthy-patients-should-avoid-emergency-room\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pona\u0161anju drugih<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postoje dobri dokazi za strategije koje promi\u010du suradnju u slu\u010daju kad akcije koje imaju koristi za pojedinca ne moraju nu\u017eno imati korist za \u0161iru grupu.<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1023\/A:1026277420119\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U\u010dinkovita komunikacija<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je vitalna. Promoviranje <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007%2Fs10683-010-9257-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">grupnog identiteta<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kori\u0161tenjem jezika poput \u201ezajedno smo u ovome\u201c u\u010dinit \u0107e javno djelovanje vjerojatnijim, kao i uljudno <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeaweb.org\/articles?id=10.1257\/000282803321455359\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">neodobravanje<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pona\u0161anja koje nije od osobite koristi (npr. pani\u010dna kupovina).<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da isticanje <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/337402308_Imagined_alternatives_to_episodic_memories_of_morally_good_acts\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017ertvovanja od strane drugih<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pridonosi pomaganju. Brzo rastu\u0107i skup dokaza koji izravno testira komunikaciju COVID-a-19 pokazuje da je isticanje <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.ie\/system\/files\/publications\/wp658.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rizika za druge<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i prosocijalni apel za izbjegavanje \u201e\u0161irenja\u201c virusa vjerojatno u\u010dinkovitiji od pukog pru\u017eanja savjeta ili poruka o tome kako izbje\u0107i \u201edobivanje\u201c virusa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Komuniciranje kriznih informacija<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psihologija komunikacije rizika isti\u010de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/annals.org\/aim\/article-abstract\/1897104\/evidence-based-risk-communication-systematic-review?doi=10.7326%2fM14-0295\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dodatne principe<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> koji \u0107e vjerojatno biti od koristi osobama koje komuniciraju s pacijentima i klijentima o pandemiji COVID-19. Brzina, iskrenost i vjerodostojnost su va\u017eni. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0363811118303382?via%3Dihub\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op\u0107enito govore\u0107i,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prakti\u010dari mogu prepoznati vlastitu nesigurnost i suosje\u0107anje s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama s kojima \u0107e se ljudi suo\u010davati tijekom krize, istodobno isti\u010du\u0107i korisnost pojedinih akcija u cilju <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pure.au.dk\/portal\/files\/181464339\/The_unpleasant_truth_is_the_best_protection_against_coronavirus_Michael_Bang_Petersen.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uravnote\u017eenja anksioznosti koje \u0107e ljudi odr\u017eavati s optimizmom<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Borba protiv \u0161irenja COVID-19 zahtijeva doprinos ve\u0107eg broja znanosti. Teorija i metode <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.bmj.com\/bmj\/2020\/03\/03\/behavioural-strategies-for-reducing-covid-19-transmission-in-the-general-population\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dru\u0161tvenih znanosti<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mogu igrati svoju ulogu.
