Ve stresov\u00fdch situac\u00edch mohou lid\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o opo\u0159e, kterou o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed\u00a0 v\u00a0budoucnosti od druh\u00fdch osob. Vn\u00edman\u00e1 opora m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pon\u011bkud nehmatateln\u00e1, proto\u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed opory nen\u00ed v\u017edy otestov\u00e1no n\u00e1ro\u010dnou situac\u00ed. Jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00edvat na oporu, je zeptat se, jakou oporu \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e z\u00edskal. P\u0159i bli\u017e\u0161\u00edm pohledu ale zjist\u00edme, \u017ee mnoho t\u011bchto studi\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159uje na prvn\u00ed druh opory, kter\u00e1 byla v\u00fd\u0161e pops\u00e1na jako vn\u00edman\u00e1 opora. Pozitivn\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed opory je konzistentn\u011b spojeno s\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00edm, souvisej\u00edc\u00edm se zdrav\u00edm. Druh\u00e9mu typu opory neboli aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed transakci opory, se ve v\u00fdzkumech nedostalo tolik pozornosti, a dostupn\u00e9 studie zjistily sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fd efekt. M\u00edsto toho z\u0159ejm\u011b \u00fasp\u011bch podp\u016frn\u00fdch aktivit z\u00e1vis\u00ed na:<br \/>\n&#8211; osob\u011b, kter\u00e1 oporu poskytuje (n\u011bkdy je pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtel lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00ed partner)<br \/>\n&#8211; pohlav\u00ed poskytovatele (\u017eeny se jev\u00ed jako lep\u0161\u00ed poskytovatel\u00e9 pro mu\u017ee i \u017eeny)<br \/>\n&#8211; shod\u011b mezi pot\u0159ebami a poskytovanou oporou, a tak\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; za jak\u00fdch podm\u00ednek se opora vyskytuje (zda je z\u00edskan\u00e1 a ud\u00edlen\u00e1 opora v\u00a0rovnov\u00e1ze nebo v nerovnov\u00e1ze)<\/p>\n<p>V literatu\u0159e existuj\u00ed studie, kter\u00e9 uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee z\u00edskan\u00e1 opora m\u016f\u017ee dokonce u\u0161kodit.
