V\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee navzdory sv\u00e9 popularit\u011b a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9mu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt metody vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed strach t\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak m\u011bnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed, pop\u0159. zv\u00fd\u0161it jejich pov\u011bdom\u00ed a informovanost.<\/p>\n<p>Jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9? Nem\u011bli by se snad lid\u00e9 b\u00e1t v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by mohly ohrozit jejich zdrav\u00ed? Nikdo, kdo zn\u00e1 rizika, by p\u0159ece nekou\u0159il, ne\u0159\u00eddil bez p\u00e1su ani neu\u017e\u00edval pervitin, je to tak? Ne docela\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apel strachu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d je taktika odstra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0kampan\u00edch podporuj\u00edc\u00edch zdrav\u00ed tak \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1, je ten, \u017ee si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee v\u00edme, jak se ostatn\u00ed lid\u00e9 chovaj\u00ed. V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee to, co zabr\u00e1n\u00ed ud\u011blat n\u011bco nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho plat\u00ed n\u00e1m bude stejn\u011b tak platit i pro ostatn\u00ed lidi. \u201eKdyby tak lid\u00e9 znali a pochopili rizika\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Rizika mnoha druh\u016f zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u010dasto prob\u00edr\u00e1na v\u00a0m\u00e9di\u00edch, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. Nedos\u00e1hly snad tyto kampan\u011b k\u00a0lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ohro\u017eeni nejv\u00edce? Nebo nebylo snad sd\u011blen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b konfronta\u010dn\u00ed \u010di siln\u00e9?<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 snadno podl\u00e9haj\u00ed my\u0161lence, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm d\u011bsiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u00edce konfronta\u010dn\u00ed sd\u011blen\u00ed bude, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe se dostane p\u0159es obrann\u00e9 mechanismy ostatn\u00edch, uk\u00e1\u017ee jim, jak nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 je jejich chov\u00e1n\u00ed, a p\u0159im\u011bje je dvakr\u00e1t se rozmyslet, ne\u017e zkus\u00ed cigaretu nebo pervitin. A opravdu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/8354438_The_Impact_of_Emotional_Tone_Message_and_Broadcast_Parameters_in_Youth_Anti-Smoking_Advertisements\">pokud se zept\u00e1te laik\u016f, co by je odradilo<\/a> od nezdrav\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, je tato my\u0161lenka <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biomedcentral.com\/1471-2458\/12\/1011\">jednou z\u00a0nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch odpov\u011bd\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bohu\u017eel v\u0161ak ji\u017e n\u011bjakou dobu v\u00edme, \u017ee tento <a href=\"http:\/\/people.virginia.edu\/~tdw\/nisbett&amp;wilson.pdf\">p\u0159edpoklad je chybn\u00fd<\/a>: Ne v\u017edy maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 racion\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016fm, pro\u010d d\u011blaj\u00ed to \u010di ono. Pt\u00e1t se c\u00edlov\u00e9 populace na d\u016fvody, pro\u010d se n\u011bjak chovaj\u00ed (\u010di nechovaj\u00ed), m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 a zahrnout ji do procesu v\u00fdvoje intervenc\u00ed je kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu. Na druhou stranu, laici <em>nejsou<\/em> odborn\u00edky na chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho zm\u011bny a tato zodpov\u011bdnost by na n\u011b nem\u011bla b\u00fdt kladena.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee k odstra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00edhneme intuitivn\u011b, je dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou\u00a0jeho popularity <em>vn\u00edman\u00fd<\/em> nedostatek alternativn\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Ne v\u0161ichni tv\u016frci interven\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f a pracovn\u00edci reklamn\u00edch agentur jsou toti\u017e sezn\u00e1meni se z\u00e1sadami v\u00fdvoje intervenc\u00ed, nap\u0159. mapov\u00e1n\u00ed intervenc\u00ed (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Intervention_mapping\"><em>intervention mapping<\/em><\/a>), nebo s dostupn\u00fdmi <a href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/ng3xh\/\">seznamy metod zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na zm\u011bnu chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Je tedy pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee tv\u016frci intervenc\u00ed ve snaze prosazovat zdrav\u00ed \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed strach a v\u00fdhru\u017eky, proto\u017ee jsou snadno dostupn\u00e9 a zalo\u017een\u00e9 na \u201eselsk\u00e9m rozumu\u201c. Pro\u010d je to ale probl\u00e9m?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nen\u00ed \u010deho se b\u00e1t, jen strachu samotn\u00e9ho<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee se nechov\u00e1me v\u017edy racion\u00e1ln\u011b a evoluce n\u00e1s nestvo\u0159ila pro v\u011bt\u0161inu v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dnes d\u011bl\u00e1me. Jedna v\u011bc, ve kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak v\u0161eobecn\u011b vynik\u00e1me, je udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed si pozitivn\u00edho sebeobrazu. A jeden ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, kter\u00fdm toho dosahujeme, je zkreslen\u00ed vlastn\u00edho vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b se v\u0161ichni zaj\u00edm\u00e1me o informace ohledn\u011b rizik. Za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee informace souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0rizikem p\u0159estaneme vn\u00edmat. To se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed: pokud n\u011bkoho varujete, \u017ee by nem\u011bl nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00edst syrov\u00e9 ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00e1m vyhov\u00ed. Jsou v\u0161ak slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typy chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy do hry vstupuje problematika sebepercepce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159estat kou\u0159it je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Popravd\u011b, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/tobacco\/data_statistics\/fact_sheets\/fast_facts\/index.htm#use\">v\u011bt\u0161ina ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f chce p\u0159estat<\/a>, a pokud maj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee se nemaj\u00ed jak vyhnout riziku, jejich sebeobraz je v\u00a0ohro\u017een\u00ed. V\u011bnovat se n\u011b\u010demu destruktivn\u00edmu, a b\u00fdt si p\u0159i tom pln\u011b a bolestn\u011b v\u011bdom souvisej\u00edc\u00edho nebezpe\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ece nen\u00ed z\u00e1bava. Proto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby, jak si toto pov\u011bdom\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit. Poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk nen\u00ed jist\u00fd, zda je v\u00a0jeho moci odvr\u00e1tit hrozbu, obrann\u011b zareaguje tak, aby si udr\u017eel sebe-obraz, a to bu\u010f zleh\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm rizika nebo soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm se na jin\u00e9, pozitivn\u00ed aspekty sv\u00e9ho sebeobrazu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ku\u0159\u00e1k se m\u016f\u017ee odvol\u00e1vat na svou babi\u010dku, kter\u00e1 \u010dty\u0159icet let kou\u0159ila dv\u011b krabi\u010dky denn\u011b a po\u0159\u00e1d je v\u00a0pln\u00e9 s\u00edle (\u201ekou\u0159en\u00ed nen\u00ed tak nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9\u201c), nebo se h\u00e1jit, \u017ee cvi\u010d\u00ed p\u011btkr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b nebo j\u00ed p\u016fl kila brokolice ka\u017ed\u00fd den (\u201e\u017eiji jako zdrav\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk\u201c). Takov\u00e9 obrann\u00e9 reakce lidem pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eet si pozitivn\u00ed sebeobraz, kter\u00fd jim d\u00e1le umo\u017e\u0148uje pokra\u010dovat v\u00a0nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9m chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 dynamika se <a href=\"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/ijop.12042\/full\">zkoum\u00e1 ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e \u0161edes\u00e1t let<\/a>, p\u0159esto se toto t\u00e9ma st\u00e1le pova\u017euje za sporn\u00e9. Abychom rozpt\u00fdlili polemiku, rozhodl se n\u00e1\u0161 v\u011bdeck\u00fd t\u00fdm <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/17437199.2012.703527#abstract\">kriticky zhodnotit ve\u0161ker\u00fd v\u00fdzkum na toto t\u00e9ma<\/a>. Zkoumali jsme, pro\u010d n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce zjistily, \u017ee taktika zastra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed funguje, zat\u00edmco jin\u00e9 studie (ve shod\u011b s\u00a0psychologick\u00fdmi teoriemi) zjistily, \u017ee nefunguje.<\/p>\n<p>Po p\u0159ezkoum\u00e1n\u00ed literatury jsme do\u0161li k\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee apel strachu fungoval p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b chov\u00e1n\u00ed pouze v\u00a0kombinaci s\u00a0intervencemi, kter\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zvy\u0161ovaly d\u016fv\u011bru jedince ve vlastn\u00ed schopnost odstranit hrozbu. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, probandy m\u011blo smysl odstra\u0161ovat pouze v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy\u017e v\u011b\u0159ili, \u017ee je v\u00a0jejich moci hrozbu odvr\u00e1tit. Pokud nebyli lid\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee mohou zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale p\u0159esto byli odstra\u0161ov\u00e1ni, nejen\u017ee sd\u011blen\u00ed vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed strach byla neefektivn\u00ed, ale leckdy m\u011bla dokonce opa\u010dn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud nen\u00ed odstra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed a konfrontace jak m\u011bnit lidsk\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bna efektivn\u011b, co tedy funguje?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praktick\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pokud se pokou\u0161\u00edte m\u011bnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed, nejprve <a href=\"http:\/\/ehps.net\/ehp\/index.php\/contents\/article\/download\/ehp.v16.i5.p142\/7\">stanovte p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny (determinanty) tohoto chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>.
